Denarius SAC was founded in 2005, initially providing consulting services to local Peruvian corporate clients and more recently to international companies wishing to business in Peru. It has substantial and extensive financial experience in the domestic and international markets. It also boasts a long and varied experience in the corporate Peruvian market and has the capacity to call on various third party local consultants as projects require. Its management team has incisive knowledge of the Peruvian Market having worked in the country for several decades and been actively involved in many projects including: the restructuring of the two largest construction companies in Peru; providing finance and corporate advice to the major mines; and originating and distributing various debt for several agro industrial companies, fish meal plants and poultry farming.
